TERMS & CONDITIONS.
§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Studio Raster (hereinafter "Agency") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer"). Deviating, conflicting or supplementary GTC of the Customer shall only become part of the contract if the Agency has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§2 Services of the Agency
The Agency provides services in the areas of web development, web design, hosting and SEO. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer or contract.
§3 Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by the written acceptance of an offer of the Agency by the Customer or by both parties signing a written contract.
§4 Remuneration and payment terms
The agreed remuneration is due upon invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50 % of the total amount is due upon order placement, with the remaining 50 % due after completion and acceptance.
§5 Customer's obligations to cooperate
The Customer undertakes to provide the Agency with all information, texts, images and materials necessary for the execution of the contract in good time and in the agreed format.
